This course aims at developing secure applications. Starting from the concept of Information Security and Web Application Security, the course will describe the most common security risks for web applications (OWASP Top 10) providing, for each issue, a detailed and comprehensive map of theoretical aspects and typical vulnerable implementations. The secure and correct implementation technique is then explained extensively.

Information Security Crash Course

Designed for people with basic knowledge of Information Security who need a general, high-level description of related topics. Starting with the basics of security, through the key topics of confidentiality, integrity, and availability, participants will learn the basics of securing networks, web or mobile applications, and the cloud world, with both theoretical explanations and examples of real-world attack scenarios.
