Secure Network extends application analytics services with specialized expertise in evaluating the security of
embedded devices and deployment environments (cloud and on‑premise). Additionally, we support organizations throughout the digital product lifecycle, helping to strengthen their security through threat modeling and targeted consulting.
Intervention Areas
Embedded Devices
We perform penetration tests on embedded devices and their firmware or application software, evaluating the security of network communication, exposed services, and physical interfaces. We operate in both black box and white box modes in collaboration with development teams. Our experience covers a wide range of devices: from consumer products, to OT devices, electromedicals and network devices. We can analyze devices based on real-time operating systems, Linux-based systems, up to “kiosk” based devices on operating systems such as Microsoft Windows.
Cloud Configuration
We perform configuration review tasks for Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform environments to ensure an optimal security posture in cloud environments used to deliver critical systems. Our approach combines automated scanners and manual analysis conducted by Secure Network Security Engineers, covering the main services made available by cloud providers.
INFRASTRUCTURE AS CODE, CONTAINER AND VIRTUAL MACHINE
We evaluate the hardening of the deployment environment of critical services by analyzing the servers configuration, virtual machines, and containers, as well as the configuration code (Infrastructure as Code) of complex environments.
THREAT MODELING AND SECURE SOFTWARE CONSULTANCY
We support customers throughout the entire software vision cycle through threat modeling activities based on the STRIDE methodology and dedicated consultations during development to improve product safety.
