iQ.Suite - E-mail Productivity

iQ.Suite Clerk forwards your e-mail to specified users or groups within a defined time period. Messages from various senders or Internet domains can be forwarded or rerouted to different deputies. Confidential information can be excluded from forwarding. On request, sender, recipient and deputy can receive notifications and receipt confirmations. iQ.Suite Clerk can be activated centrally.

iQ.Suite Budget analyses all e-mail processed by iQ.Suite. The e-mail volume is evaluated according to individually defined cost centres. The ability to define and structure e-mail budgets for users and user groups makes it possible to succinctly study the flow of incoming and outgoing e-mail from an economic background.

iQ.Suite Smart controls the load balancing of Domino infrastructures by allowing users to specify when their e-mails should be sent. It also resolves DocLinks so that Notes text documents can be sent even to users of other mail systems.
